Shoot Out Blues
Spot the blue.
Playing from the D each time, have five goes at potting the blue into the one top pocket and five goes into the other top pocket.
Award a point for each blue potted. Maximum score is 10.
Rest Pots
Evenly line up five reds each side of the pink spot.
With the cue-ball placed between the middle pockets each time, straight pot each red into it’s nearest top corner pocket using the Rest.
Award a point for each red potted. Maximum score is 10.
Blind Pocket Pots
As shown evenly line five reds just over a balls width from the side cushion and five reds just off the top cushion.
With the cue-ball placed each time to form a blind pocket shot, pot each into it’s nearest pocket.
Remember to start with the reds nearest the pockets.
Award a point for each red potted. Maximum score is 10
Long Straight Pots
As shown, evenly line up five reds each side of the pink spot.
With the cue-ball placed on the baulk line each time, straight pot each red into the nearest top corner pocket.
Award a point for each red potted. Maximum score is 10.
High Jump Blacks
As shown, spot the black and position the cue-ball below it to form a half-ball shot.
Pot a half-ball black off its spot and screw the cue-ball inside the red. Each time the shot is achieved, add a further red up to a maximum of ten. For a shot to count, the blue must be potted and the red or reds screwed inside without being contacted by the cue-ball.
Allow up to six missed shots then award a score based on the most reds screwed inside.
Award a point for each red screwed inside on best go. Maximum score is 10.
Shot to Nothing
Tightly space five reds below the pink so they are in line with the top corner pocket.
Playing the cue-ball from behind the baulk line each time, pot each red bringing the cue-ball back behind the baulk line.
Award two points when a red is potted and when missed still award one point if the cue-ball comes back to rest behind the baulk line. (For the shot to count, no reds must come into the baulk half of the table and all of the cue-ball must come to rest behind the baulk line). Note score then repeat challenge putting reds on other side of the table.
Record total score achieved. Maximum score is 20.
Re-Spotted Black
Spot the black.
Playing from the D each time, have five goes at bringing the black safely over onto a top side cushion and five goes at back doubling the black so it finishes safely beyond the baulk line.
The boxes shown indicate the safe areas on the table.
Award a point each time shot is achieved. Maximum score is 10.
All-Blacks
Spot the colours and evenly line up fifteen reds as shown. Make sure to put four of the reds below the black.
With the cue-ball placed for the first shot only, clear the table taking blacks with every red.
Record number of missed shots made. Maximum is 10.
The Milkman
Spot the colours and position the fifteen reds as shown.
With the cue-ball placed to pot a mid-range red to start, clear the table.
After a miss, re-set the unpotted balls and the cue-ball. Re-start on the ball that was missed

With the cue-ball placed for the first shot only, clear the table without the cue-ball contacting a cushion.
